What is Fegnome?
An informational app for browsing dispensary menus, comparing prices across stores, and reading strain chemistry (cannabinoids and terpenes) sourced from laboratory certificates of analysis — for adults 21+ in US states with legal recreational cannabis.
Can I buy cannabis through Fegnome?
No. Fegnome has no ordering, cart, delivery, or pickup features and does not facilitate sales. It shows you what’s out there; buying happens at licensed dispensaries, under your state’s rules.
Why does the app say I can’t use it?
Fegnome is for adults 21 and older in states where recreational cannabis is legal. If you told the app you’re under 21, it locks — that’s by design, and it’s the law of every recreational state. If you answered incorrectly by mistake, reinstall the app to see the age question again.
How fresh is the data?
Inventory is a snapshot of publicly posted dispensary menus, refreshed on a roughly daily cycle overnight. Items and prices you see reflect the most recent snapshot — availability, prices, and lab figures can change between updates, so confirm with the dispensary before you visit. Stores that stop posting fresh menus drop out of the app until they return.
Where does the chemistry data come from?
From laboratory certificates of analysis (COAs) published by labs, regulators, and producers, matched to strains and products. Where a product has no linked lab result, the app shows what the dispensary posted instead — and says so. Cannabis is a natural product: expect batch-to-batch variation, and rely on the label of what you actually buy.
Which states does Fegnome cover?
US states with legal recreational cannabis and publicly posted dispensary menus. Coverage grows as states legalize and stores publish their menus.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up anywhere in Fegnome. Your saved items, notes, and preferences live on your device only.
How much does Fegnome cost?
Fegnome is a paid subscription that starts with a 7-day free trial — monthly and annual plans are shown in the app and billed through Google Play. Cancel anytime in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions; if you cancel during the trial, you’re never charged. No account with us is needed — the subscription rides your Google Play account, so it survives reinstalls. See the Terms for the full billing details.
What data do you collect about me?
Practically none: no identity, no location tracking, no ads. The app sends anonymous read-only queries to fetch menus, and anonymized crash reports if something breaks. On first run it also asks whether you’re willing to share anonymous, state-level usage information to improve the app — entirely optional, and declining changes nothing. A store near me is missing or has the wrong name — can you fix it?
Probably! Email hello@fegnome.com with the store name and city. Stores appear when they have a recent, publicly posted recreational menu; rebrands and moves sometimes take a cycle to catch up.
