Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Fegnome mobile app and fegnome.com (together, “Fegnome”), operated by Fegnome LLC. By using Fegnome you agree to them.
1. What Fegnome is — and is not
Fegnome is an informational service: it displays publicly posted dispensary menu information, pricing, and laboratory-derived strain chemistry for research and comparison.
Fegnome does not sell cannabis or cannabis products, and does not facilitate their sale. There is no ordering, shopping cart, checkout, reservation, delivery, or pickup arrangement anywhere in Fegnome. Any purchase you make happens entirely outside Fegnome, at a licensed dispensary, subject to that dispensary’s terms and your state’s laws.
2. Eligibility
You must be 21 years of age or older and located in a jurisdiction where the information Fegnome provides is lawful to view. Fegnome is intended for use in US states that have legalized recreational cannabis. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your state and locality.
3. Subscription and billing
Using the Fegnome app requires a paid subscription, which begins with a free trial (currently 7 days). The trial and subscription are purchased through Google Play at the price shown there before you confirm the purchase; billing, payment processing, and payment data are handled entirely by Google under Google’s own terms.
Auto-renewal. Unless you cancel, the trial converts to a paid subscription when the trial ends, and the subscription then renews automatically each period until cancelled. Cancel anytime in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or billing period, and you keep access until then. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
Free trial eligibility. The free trial is available once per Google Play account, for accounts that have not previously held the subscription.
Refunds and price changes. Refunds are governed by Google Play’s refund policies (and any rights your local law provides); we’re happy to help — contact hello@fegnome.com. If the subscription price changes, Google Play will notify you as its policies require before any increase applies to you.
The subscription pays for access to the Fegnome information service only — it is not a payment for, credit toward, or reservation of any cannabis product.
4. Information accuracy
Menu, price, and availability data are snapshots of publicly posted dispensary menus, refreshed on a roughly daily cycle. Chemistry figures are drawn from laboratory certificates of analysis where available. All of it can change or contain errors, and batch-to-batch variation is inherent to cannabis products. Always confirm availability, pricing, and product details with the dispensary before you visit, and rely on the label and certificate of the product you actually purchase.
5. Not medical advice
Nothing in Fegnome is medical advice, a recommendation to consume cannabis, or a statement about therapeutic effects. Chemistry data is provided for informational purposes only. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about health questions.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use Fegnome if you are under 21; use it where unlawful; attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service; scrape or resell its data; or misrepresent Fegnome as a seller of cannabis.
7. Intellectual property
The Fegnome name, wordmark, gnome mark, and app design are the property of Fegnome LLC. Dispensary and brand names appearing in Fegnome belong to their respective owners and appear only to identify publicly available offerings.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Fegnome is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fegnome LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made in reliance on information shown in Fegnome. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amounts you have paid to Fegnome LLC for use of Fegnome in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to the service or these terms
We may modify or discontinue features at any time. If these terms change materially, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date; continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
